New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez has cut the list price on his Park Avenue condo to $12.5 million, and is also reportedly willing to sell the place furnished or rent it out.

The New York Post said A-Rod slashed $1.5 million off of the $14 million price that the slugger sought when originally listing the four-bedroom last month.
