It's up to us to make it happen, one step at a time.
JDRF's Walks are family-friendly events, held at great locations, and feature plenty of entertainment, food, and fun. Each year, over 500,000 people "walk for a cure" at 200 JDRF Walk locations nationwide. Funds are raised through Corporate Partnerships, Kids Walk program, the sale of JDRF paper sneakers in retail outlets, and by individual and team walkers obtaining donations from family, friends, co-workers and neighbors.
