SharePORTLAND, Maine — Family and friends of a New Hampshire woman who has been missing since her car was found on Interstate 95 in Maine are hoping a candlelight vigil will help find her.
On Sunday night, people gathered in Portland’s Monument Square to highlight the search for 29-year-old Sarah Rogers of Barrington, N.H.
