Who’s laughing now?

Police responded to the corner of Brookline Avenue and Newbury Street at 12:48 a.m. Saturday to find a group of people with helium tanks and a laughing man standing on the Brookline Avenue bridge urinating onto Massachusetts Turnpike traffic.
