Man faces DUI rap in I-93 crash

Cops say a Maine man was drunk at 6 a.m. yesterday when he triggered a two-car crash on Interstate 93 that created a massive traffic snarl in Wilmington yesterday.

Richard Hall, 60, of Fayette, Maine, was charged with drunken driving, having an open container of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and leaving the scene of a personal-injury accident, according to state police.

This guy has serious drinking issues. You could someone drinking until 3 am and still being over limit at 6 am but this guy had an open container! What was he going to do, drink until he passed out behind the wheel? Five'll get you ten this isn't his first DUI. Hopefully it'll be his last.

HE WASNT DRINKING HAS A HEART PROBLEM AND PASS OUT TOX. REPORT WAS OUT 2 HRS AFTER CRASH AND IT WAS NEGITIVE.MAYBE WHO WRITES THIS SH!T SHOULD CHECK THE F!CKING FACTS
