Bruins must fight for Marc Savard, pride
This is too good to be true: When the Bruins host the Pittsburgh Penguins next Thursday at the Garden, the team will be honoring the 1970 outfit that roared through the postseason en route to bringing Boston its first Stanley Cup championship in 29 years.
Perhaps you’ve heard of some of those guys. Phil Esposito. Johnny Bucyk. Derek Sanderson. Johnny McKenzie. Gerry Cheevers.

First of all, nothing that can or will be done will change anything...With that being said the only thing that will happen is someone like Begin/Stuart will challenge to fight Cooke, and maybe Cooke fights. Other than that nothing will happen...You all do remember the Bertuzzi assault right. Well a huge civil suit has been instituted against Bertuzzi, coaches, players etc. So there is no way someone is going to jump Cooke etc...A fight is at most all that will happen...I hope people realize that.
Glad you know exactly what's going to happen, troll. Great, now I don't even have to watch. I feel bad for the Pens; they've got to be on pins and needles, wondering how crazed the atmosphere is going to be. The rest of the Pens have to be pissed at Cooke's mess. They all need to have their heads on swivel now.
TT, you're sad. The tone of your posts here and for other articles suggests you're trying to convince yourself that nothing bad is going to happen to your beloved, sainted Pens. Maybe you're right, and nothing of note will happen. But maybe you're not. And you're scared, aren't you? Sounds like it.
You want my thoughts? Tough. You're getting them anyway. You should be concerned. Best thing that could have happened for the Pens would have been around a 5 game vacay for Cooke. Justice served; tempers calmed. But it didn't happen. Now all your boys have targets on their backs.
Sleep well. The 18th should be fun times.

Penois...don't bother with him. He tried to convince us/me, that he's a B's fan. Unfortunately, his delusion is all his own. He has been pro-Penguin since this disgusting display happened. Nobody claiming to be a Bruins fan would even speak about the Pens, except to say that they are low-life, losers, with players that get away with cheap shots against unsuspecting players. I'm sure he was cheering for Cooke last night when he scored a goal. The scumbag was all smiles and high-fives with his other low-life losers. Well, sit tight Bruins fans, and I don't mean you Twotiming idiot, I mean REAL fans, the Bruins are not going to let this go. Cooke, will hopefully, be in traction before this game is over.
I am a Bruins fan not a Pens fan jesus christ...You think I am a Pens fan because I speak the truth. Was I right about Cooke not being suspended? Yes or no? Let me answer that for you, yes I was. Does that make me a Pens fan? No, it just makes me right. And I based my opinion on the fact Richards was not suspended, so how that makes me a Pens fan is beyond me...As for the Pens/Bs game, bc I say nothing crazy is going to happen, makes me a Pens fan? Really buddy, really? You are the joke for assuming things. I am basing my opinion off of the fact a Bertuzzi type incident will end up in the courtroom so no player is going to risk that, and the fact that there may be some fights, with Cooke probably fighting someone like Begin and then Thornton probably facing off against someone like Goodard...Yah that makes a Pens fan alright...Sorry buddy but I am not a crazy homer like yourself. I actually let myself see hockey for what it is, and not through black and gold glasses like you...You probably think the Bs can beat Wash/Pitt in the playoffs to huh...But yah I am a Pens fan and I am the joke. HaHa.
Hey moron, if I was a Pens fan wouldnt I be laughing at Bruins fans bc the Pens won the Cup last season, or saying how Sid not only won the Cup but a gold medal...I hate the Pens mainly bc I hate Sidney and his crybaby and Oscar winning dives. So for the 900th just bc I am honest with myself in assessing the Bruins and certain games/instances, that does not mean I am not a true fan...I am just not an ignorant homer like yourself that is all...But seriously keep trying...Just bc I absolutely dominated you in every discussion so far, if it makes you feel better saying I am not a Bs fan, then have at it hoss...Just remember, I WAS RIGHT!!
Bruins teams in the past would never have had an article written about them like this, someone, anyone, would have stepped up and nailed this cheap shot artist through the boards. This team is not my team. I don't know who they are, but it's a sickening disgrace.
Sorry, but the post that was in this spot has been removed as it did not follow our guidelines.
