In all likelihood, we will not see the real Milan Lucic until next season. The high ankle sprain the Bruins [team stats] winger suffered in November still is lingering, as those injuries tend to do, and he’s certainly not yet the feral, rambunctious player he was last season.

But in the last few games, Lucic is showing signs that he might at least be figuring out how to play through the injury and make an impact with this Bruins team as it struggles to make the playoffs.
